SensorPEDIC accepts credit or debit card and bank payments safely and easily through PayPal.
Shipping
SensorPEDIC believes shipping should be free. At our expense, we ship all products via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery service from our 100% US-based warehouses to destinations within the contiguous United States (lower 48). Once shipped, products should arrive between 1-5 business days from shipment. SensorPEDIC only ships orders once payment has been received. All tracking is uploaded daily once orders are shipped. SensorPEDIC's Handling time
(time from order received until shipped) is as 2 days, but most orders ship within 1 business day. Unfortunately, SensorPEDIC cannot ship internationally or to PO boxes or APO/FPOs Excluded Locations

Warranty

: All products are warrantied to arrive free of any/all manufacturer defects. Should your product arrive with a manufacturer defects, please contact customer service to address your issue. Limited Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
: If your product is advertised as having a manufacturer's warranty in the description, your product is bound by the following warranty for the term advertised (1 year, 3 years, 5 years, etcetera, depending on the product purchased).
This limited warranty covers any manufacturing defect that is present prior to the time of use, and any manufacturing defect that causes any and all abnormal deterioration of the internal core component (fiber, foam, etc.) and/or the cover. If a manufacturer defect or product failure occurs, Soft-Tex® reserves the right to replace, repair, and or remedy the defective product with a solution to the specific defect and or replace the defective item with a similar item of equal or greater value. This warranty does not imply nor warrant the product for any normal wear and tear that the consumer experiences with normal use. This warranty is no longer valid if product is soiled, stained or in an unsanitary condition or found to be defective due to abuse or any use other than the intended use.
The service terms noted in the warranty shall be the consumer's sole and exclusive remedy in the event of product failure during the warranty period. Soft-Tex shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of this product or the inability to use this product or for the breach of this or any other expressed or implied warranty. Soft-Tex does not warrant this product for any person's medical condition. Soft-Tex makes no warranty beyond what is contained in writing. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Proof of purchase must be presented for warranty claims. You may register your warranty and upload your proof of purchase online at https://soft-tex.com/warranty; however, we recommend retaining a scanned proof of purchase in case of submission failure. You may also submit your proof of purchase to our Customer Service team at the time of making a warranty claim.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original, new & unused condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage excluding manufacturing defective items.
Returns must be initiated through Pricetronic:

Log into your Pricetronic account and click on "My Pricetronic"

On the dropdown menu, click "Purchase History"

Find the item you wish to return, then click "Return this item"

Once the order has been shipped back:

Go to the return request in "My Pricetronic"

Select the shipping carrier from dropdown list

Enter the tracking number

Select "Mark as sent"

The refund process may take up to 1-2 weeks after order has been returned, depending on your financial institution. Orders outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for returns or refunds.
