Our pillow inserts are made right here in our Toronto Canada facility. We have an amazing production staff that carefully checks each insert to make sure they meet our quality standard before they leave our facility. We also have outdoor pillows available.

What size do I buy? For Cover 17 inches or less we an insert that is 1 inch larger than your cover. For covers 18 inches and larger we recommend an insert 1 to 2 inches larger than the cover.

Our pillow inserts are generously filled with 100 percent brand new hypoallergenic high loft polyester fibers that have been processed by our special machines to their full fluffiness. The outer covering is made of durable non woven polypropylene. Each pillow is inspected and weighed by our production staff to ensure the best quality

All of the materials used in this pillow insert are polyester which is a synthetic fiber. This makes these inserts easy to wash in the machine. Use lukewarm water on the gentlest cycle. These pillow inserts are also dryer safe. Use the lowest heat setting. You can put some tennis balls in the dryer to keep the pillows fluffy while drying. You can put the tennis balls inside a dryer bag or socks to lessen the impacts on the inserts during the drying.

These insert are filled with 100% brand-new polyester fibers that are processed with our special machinery so that the fibers can reach their full loft potential, thus ensuring maximum stuffing fluffiness. Each and every pillow insert is inspected and weighed before shipping in an effort to minimize flaws and defects. Our factory foreman supervises all of the production, and he ensures that all of our quality control procedures are meticulously followed. This means that our standard cover polyester filled pillow and bolster inserts can be used as outdoor pillows when paired with a waterproof pillow cover. We typically recommend that the insert should be 1”-2” larger than your pillow cover. Our general rule of thumb is for pillow covers 17” and smaller buy an insert 1” larger, for covers 18” and larger, buy an insert that is 2” larger. Please refer to the sizing chart below for our recommendations.
100% Polyester Fiber Fill
Each polyester pillow form is carefully weighed and generously stuffed will all-new 100% polyester fibers. These fibers are processed with our special machinery so that they can reach their full loft potential, thus ensuring maximum stuffing fluffiness. Polyester is a synthetic material and therefore can tolerate getting wet without getting ruined.
Our polyester cushion inserts are filled by hand and we take pride in our staff’s ability to fill each pillow to its ideal weight. Each and every pillow insert is inspected and weighed before shipping in an effort to minimize flaws and defects. Standard Cover
Our standard polypropylene material cover is made from pressed 100% brand-new polyester fibers for a clean, durable pillow shell. These pillows can be washed in a washing machine on the "gentle" cycle and dried with a dryer on low heat. You can add a couple tennis balls inside a dryer-safe bag to bounce around the dryer while these pillows are being dried for a full, fluffy pillow insert with no extra fluffing effort required.
