I am super picky with pillows, so when I found these I was very excited. They have just the right amount of loft without being overly thick or firm. I have a tenancy to have migraines on a near daily basis, often waking in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning in severe pain. This pillow has significantly cut down on that. The only problem that I have, is that my son fell in love with these pillow as well and when he left for college he took one so now I have to order another two pack- well worth it! I love ultra firm pillows and sleep with 2 pillows. I was skeptical on this one as when you squeeze it it feels soft. Not until you lay your head on it it feels firm. Great Firm Pillow, I had surgery two yrs ago and I cannot skeep on a soft pillow..But these Sertapedia pillow are exceptional, they fall in as you lay on them but not enough as to where ur head is on mattress..These pillows have great support.I would reccommend Sertapedia to anyone that needs a extra support.
